3ok Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

01General Terms & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to the 3ok platform (website: 3ok.run) and all its services. 3ok is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh. 3ok reserves the right to update them at any time. Any changes will be notified on the site, along with the effective date of the new terms.

02Account Registration & Verification

To open an account with 3ok, you must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth. Accounts created with false or inaccurate information may be suspended at any time and balances may be forfeited.

Only one account is permitted per person. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, bank account, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

• The mobile number provided at registration must be verified via OTP.
• KYC verification via national ID or passport may be required before processing large withdrawals.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03Age Restrictions & Eligibility

3ok is strictly for adults. No one under the age of 18 may use 3ok. If an account is opened using false age information, all winnings will be forfeited.

3ok is firmly committed to keeping minors away from gaming. We urge parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent children from accessing this site.

• A National ID card, passport, or driving licence is accepted as proof of age.

04Deposit & Payment Methods

3ok currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the maximum single deposit is ৳1,00,000.

You must use your own registered mobile number or bank account when making a deposit. Depositing from another person's number or account is prohibited, and funds may not be refunded in such cases.

05Withdrawal Policy

Your account must be fully verified before withdrawing winnings. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500, with a daily maximum of ৳2,00,000. Limits may differ for VIP members.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. KYC documents must be submitted before your first withdrawal.

• Standard withdrawal processing takes between 15 minutes and up to 24 hours.
• A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once processing has begun.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
• Any applicable taxes or charges will be deducted from your withdrawal.

06Bonus & Promotion Terms

Each bonus offer on 3ok has its own specific terms. Before claiming a welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or any other promotional offer, please read the relevant terms carefully.

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Once the wagering requirement is met, winnings derived from the bonus will be transferred to your main balance and can then be withdrawn.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 15x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days — specific offers will state their own expiry period.
• If any individual attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or payment methods, all bonuses will be voided.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 3ok reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.
• Cashback bonuses can be withdrawn without any wagering requirement, unless stated otherwise in the offer.

07Betting Rules & Game Terms

All bets placed on 3ok are considered final. 3ok reserves the right to review, void, or adjust any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds.

3ok is not liable for any bets not accepted due to internet connectivity or server issues during live betting. All betting must be conducted in accordance with fair play rules.

• Bets on cricket, football, and other sports can be cancelled up until the match kicks off.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Winnings will be credited to your wallet once the official result is announced.
• Match-fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

08Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3ok. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Registering with a false identity, forged documents, or misleading information.
• Abusing the bonus system or exploiting platform bugs.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illicit financial activity.
• Attempting to carry out a cyberattack on 3ok servers or network.
• Harassing or intimidating other players.

09Account Closure & Suspension Policy

3ok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice if a breach of terms is found.

Users may close their own account at any time. If you have a remaining balance, please withdraw it before requesting closure.

• Account closure requests must be submitted to customer support by email.
• Permanently closed accounts cannot be reopened.
• Balances in accounts closed due to a ban will be forfeited after 30 days.

10Responsible Gaming Policy
